What you will do

• Shape and continuously evolve Axpo’s global learning portfolio in alignment with business strategy, capability needs, and future skill requirements.

• Strategically oversee key learning topics such as onboarding, welcome days, capability management, and core development initiatives.

• Act as the central point of contact for learning experts across countries, divisions, and business units, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.

• Lead and develop a team of 5 learning managers and specialists, fostering collaboration, growth, and a strong performance culture.

• Drive innovation in learning through digital formats, blended solutions, and modern learning technologies, including AI integration.

• Monitor learning impact and effectiveness through data, KPIs, and feedback, and improve offerings based on outcomes.

What you bring & who you are

• Master’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Several years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally with team leadership experience in an international environment.

• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a strong interest in digital learning tools and trends.

• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across countries and business units.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
